All buyers will need to click on the above link, print off a copy of our health contract and sign all pages. A copy will need to be emailed back to us at primspuppiesllc@gmail.com or texted to us at 304-288-6622. All puppies with a deposit or reservation must have a signed puppy contract and health guarantee filled out and emailed back. At time of adoption you will receive a second copy that is also signed by us along with the Veterinarian Health Certificate.
